Big Handball Weekend in the Sunshine State

by Dominique Dumont / July 24, 2009

I'm happy to announce that two southeast cities will be learning to play handball this weekend!

The Tampa Green Wave team coached by Olympian Bryant Johnson is holding its first practice tonight (July 24th) at 6:30 pm. Everyone is pretty excited as the hunt for a practice facility was not easy. Those wanting to play simply need to show up for 6:30pm practice. See details at www.floridateamhandball.com

And down the east coast, Jim Thome and his lovely wife Pat will be driving to Palm Beach Gardens where Jim will give two introductory clinics at the luxurious Palm Beach Gardens Recreation Center. We even received a nice plug from our friends at WPTV, Click Here to Read Article by Eric Glasser Everyone is welcome to attend as Coach Thome awaits with tons of exciting drills, videos and experiences to share! No doubt, you'll be hooked. Clinics this weekend begin at 10am, Saturday and Sunday. See you there.
