Brian Finley is USA Team Handball's West Regional Director. He comes from a background in both public and private recreation management and entrepreneurship. Finley, who has been involved in a variety of sports as a player, coach and director, fell in love with team handball after watching the sport live at the 1984 Los Angeles Olympics.
