Well, here it is...my first blog post. First it was texting, then Facebook, then Twitter and now I'm a blogger! I guess you can teach an old dog new tricks. At any rate this is the place you will be able to find out what's happening, news, events and other tidbits from the West Region. I'll do my best to keep you up to date with all that's going on but first I need to put away my phonograph player, rotary phone and manual typewriter. On the handball side of things I'm still looking for volunteers to step up and help with our Grassroots Revolution to introduce our great sport to 10,000 kids by the end of summer.
