Recently formed clubs Philadelphia Revolution and the DC Diplomats continued to build momentum with a few friendly matches Sunday, giving the public an opportunity to learn more about the sport and a chance to play.

The Diplomats defeated the Revolution two of three matches.

In the first 2x15 match, the Diplomats took and maintained an early lead with the help of Andreas Anwander for a final score of 16-11. Chris Maynard capitalized on his developing goalie skills to block 12 goals. The Revolution struck back in the second match for a 16-15 win by using a 4-2 offense. The Diplomats took down the Revolution in the third match, highlighted by a spectacular fast-break goal by Jesus de Leon.

Both clubs, formally established within the last year, are bustling with activity and helping the sport thrive in their respective cities. Check out both clubs online!
