USA Sr Women's National Team Tryout Opportunities

USA Team Handball has identified the following tryout opportunities for athletes interested in trying out for the Sr Women's National Team and consideration for inclusion in the Sr Women's National Team Athlete Pool:

  • In Person Tryout
    • Location:  Chicago, IL
    • Dates: Now through 12 May, 2022
    • Mode:  Athletes will be evaluated by the USA Team Handball Coaching Staff
  • In Person Tryout
    • Location:  Detroit, MI
    • Dates: 16-19 May, 2022; This is immediately after the U.S. National Championships in Adrian, MI (13-15 May)
    • Mode:  Athletes will be evaluated by the USA Team Handball Coaching Staff
  • In Person Tryout (Video Option)
    • Location: Multiple 
    • Dates:  Now through 12 May, 2022
    • Mode: Athletes will attend a practice with a USA Team Handball affiliated club and will perform a a set of key executions and basic footwork/drills assigned by the national team coach

Additionally, national team coaches will review competitive match video to evaluate athletes who are unable to attend an in person tryout..
