Matthew is certified as a Holistic Lifestyle Practitioner, Peacemaker, Strength and Conditioning and Sports Performance Coach. His mission is to unite all people he encounters with peace and love. Being a lifelong student, allows a deep reverence for the practice of implementing new lifestyle skills. Once implemented, he then uses experience from himself and others he’s coached to help them find their purpose and passion. He has worked with thousands of humans in his twenties ranging from youth to professional and olympic level athletes, as well as families and high level business people. From becoming the director of Football for Mamba Sports Academy, to consulting as an Athletic Engineer for Jumpman- Matthew utilized all of his experience to date in 2019 and co-created a holistic & athletic middle school called The Togethership in Orange County, CA. He now owns and operates three companies primarily his personal brand and holistic coaching service. His other two companies he’s co-founded are Opti Well-Being Solutions, and The Global Wellness group have common missions of optimizing the well-being of the world, one workplace at a time. Personally, Matthew takes great pride in his health, his physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual relationships with himself. These are the parts of the whole that allow Matt to perform as a high level athlete, and human being. Of equal importance to him, is his relationship with wife Kristen, his family (Father Mike, Mother Kim, Brother Patrick) and close friends and colleagues. He also owns two Dogs, Nike and Mamba and resides in Silverlake, CA. “My dream is to continue to utilize this sport as a vehicle to connect and unite the world with peace, love, and harmony. Yes, when we are between the lines, we will compete with great ferocity, and have an absolute blast while playing a little sport.”
