Nicole has been playing handball since the age of five...At the age of seven, she moved to Paris where she attended the American School of Paris and played at the Parisian club, Rueil-Malmaison...Andersen has been selected to numerous elite training programs run by the Danish Handball Association, and in 2011 she played a few matches for the Danish U16 National Team...After a decorated youth and junior career in Europe, Andersen decided to join the USA Team Handball Women's National Team player pool in 2014...In 2016 Andersen wanted to challenge herself and get out of her comfort zone in Denmark...She decided to move to France, where she played professional handball with OGC Nice Handball...Also played for HIK Hellerup in Copenhagen, Denmark...She finished her bachelor's degree at Copenhagen Business School in the summer of 2020 and moved to France to play handball at AS Cannes Mandelieu.Career Highlights
