Personal:

Sif Skov Christensen started playing handball at age five at Hillerød Håndboldklub (HHK). At age nine, Sif moved to Virum Sorgenfri Håndboldklub (VSH), and changed back to HHK after five years.

In 2018, Sif traveled to the United States to tryout for the Women’s National Team, and was named to the National Team Player Pool. Six months later she did exchange program in France where she studied at the Lycée Pilote Innovant International and played for Grand Poitiers HB 86.

She is currently playing handball for HHK and attending Frederiksborg High School.
